What does our management cost?
The fees for managing real estate total 6.75% of the amount of the rentals owed. In case of a new hire, a fee is charged of €500.00 + 21% VAT. Are you the proud owner of an entire investment property and do you wish to include this in our service? In that case we charge an additional 3% for management of the common parts.
